E-Store Terms:
Users must be of legal age in their country.
The site must not be used for any unlawful purposes.
Uploading viruses or malicious files is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these terms may lead to immediate suspension.
Sales Terms:
Customers can inspect the product upon delivery. Complaints made after 24 hours of receipt will not be accepted.
Returns, replacements, or cancellations require the original invoice.
Returns are accepted within 7 days, and replacements within 14 days, with a 5% deduction.
Products must be in original condition.
Customized/special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days.
Exchanges require issuing a new invoice.
Free storage is available for up to 15 days; additional storage fees apply afterward.
Warranty periods are specified on the product page.
Users must follow the usage manual to benefit from the warranty.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Warranty is void if the product is misused.
Warranty claims require the original invoice.
Products are inspected before warranty acceptance.
Clearance and promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
International orders do not include customs or additional shipping fees.
Clearance offers cannot be combined with other promotions.

In-store pickup is available.
Clearance offers are only valid within Saudi Arabia.
Return & Exchange Policy:
Products must be in original packaging and unused.
Items bought from physical branches must be returned at the same branch.
Customers bear shipping costs for returns/exchanges initiated by them, with a 5% deduction.
Refunds are made via bank transfer only.
Return Steps:
Contact customer service via WhatsApp or phone.
Return the item within 3 days max.
Provide the tracking number if shipped.
The item will be inspected before accepting the request.
Devices with Manufacturing Defects:
Replaced within 3 days from the purchase date.
Product must be intact and in original packaging.
Maintenance Policy:
Maintenance and spare parts are provided in line with Ministry of Commerce regulations.
Warranty Exclusions:
Misuse, accidents, negligence, altered serial numbers, or unauthorized installation.
Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping costs vary based on weight and location.
Delivery: 3–10 days within Saudi Arabia, 10–20 days for GCC countries.
Orders are processed within 48 hours.
Installation services are available for select products in Riyadh only.

Some products may be exclusive or limited in quantity.

Payment:
Payments accepted via credit or debit cards.
